Guests will have access to the entire property. There are no shared spaces, with the exception of 2 storage closets in the basement, which are locked for our turnover staff.

Dallas and Carla's listing was exactly as adverdised. The location was close to everything we needed in Winnipeg. The unit was large and the open concept kitchen/living room allowed our family to be together in the same area. We had a fantastic time staying at Dallas and Carla's place! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and close to amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We had a great stay! My sister and her husband were on the top floor and my husband, myself and our two teenagers took the bottom floor. There was plenty of room for us all to hang out together in the living and dining rooms area. Communicating with the hosts was very easy. They were very responsive. The weather brought flurries and then snow, but we were warm and toasty inside the home. The two dedicated parking spots were great as we never walked too far to get to the door. The kitchen was well stocked. We went to the nearby Safeway to buy some breakfast essentials and we were set. We also appreciated the washer and dryer as we travelled with limited luggage. The location was perfect because everything was within a 15-minute drive. Thank you for a great stay in Winnipeg!

This was the perfect house for our needs - fit our family, and was central to all the attractions and places we wanted to visit. Will be staying here again next time we're in Winnipeg!

Find us

There is a public transit stop steps from your door along Osborne. Take the #16 bus and you will be taken directly downtown in 5 minutes. If you are driving, you will be pleased to find you are a short drive from almost anything. If you're feeling active there are a couple of great walking trails to explore. Take a 30 minute stroll along the River to the Forks marketplace or Canadian Museum of Human Rights. Alternatively, walk the river in the other direction and you will experience Churchill Drive along with its numerous parks, gardens, and a "yacht club"! You are also withing walk distance to numerous popular restaurants, coffee shops, markets (farmers and flea) and an Ice cream shop that is beginning to be known across Canada (4 min walk).
